Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, small cubes
- chicken or beef strips
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- salt, about 1/4 tsp per 300 g of meat plus 1/4 tsp (for the veggies)
Procedure (for beef)
- saute onion
- add veggies, cook for around 5 minutes
- saute beef on all sides for a few minutes.
- add cream and sauce
Procedure (for chicken)
- saute onion
- add a little water and cook covered for 5 mins
- add veggies, cover and cook another 5 mins
- add cream and sauce
