Jp. rice 100 g rice per person same VOLUME of water per portion wash with plenty of water, 3 or 4 times soak for 30 min add correct amount of water and cover completely med-high heat for 4 mins then lower heat, cook for another 12 min turn off heat, rest another 10 min
