Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Saute ground beef separately, if using it
  2. Saute onion for 3 mins, then add garlic. Brown.
  3. Saute eggplant.
  4. Add zucchini.
  5. Add bell peppers.
  6. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and ground beef.
  7. Cover and cook for about 10 mins.
