Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 lg potatoes
- 2 med carrots
- canned corn and peas
- mustard, 1 tbsp
- white vinegar, 1 tbsp
- mayo, 1/2 cup
- salt, 1 tsp
- thinly sliced green onions
Procedure
- boil enough water to hard boil the eggs
- begin boiling a pot of water (for potatoes and carrots)
- chop potatoes and carrots into 1-cm cubes
- boil them for 15 minutes
- chop eggs and let cool with potatoes and carrots
- mix all ingredients
- chill
