Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 30 g olive oil
- 200 mL hot (but not boiling) water
- 5 g salt
Procedure
- Start mixing with a fork. Work the dough only until smooth.
- Rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 4 pieces and use a rolling pin to make discs.
- Pan fry.
