Pasta Bolognese
Ingredients
- minced garlic
- onion, small dice
- ground beef, 250 g
- white wine, 100 mL (optional)
- diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1 plastic cup Elefante (tomato paste, 300 g) and 1 small can (130 g)
- bay leaves
- cooked pasta
Procedure
- saute onion for 5 minutes
- add garlic. saute for 2 more minutes or until browned (or use fried granulated garlic, without sauteing it)
- saute beef. add white wine and simmer until evaporated
- add Elefante and water (and tomatoes, if using them). add bay leaves and salt
- simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. add water if needed
- add cooked pasta
