Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. saute onion for 5 minutes
  2. add garlic. saute for 2 more minutes or until browned (or use fried granulated garlic, without sauteing it)
  3. saute beef. add white wine and simmer until evaporated
  4. add Elefante and water (and tomatoes, if using them). add bay leaves and salt
  5. simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. add water if needed
  6. add cooked pasta
