For chewy cookies:
cream:
100 g butter, room temp. OR lard
140 g brown sugar
2 g salt (1/3 tsp)
mix:
1 egg, room temp.
3 mL vanilla extract
12 mL milk (OR water for those allergic)
sift:
150 g flour
6 g baking powder (1-1/2 tsp)
3 g baking soda (2/3 tsp)
2 g cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
mix:
125 g oats
100 g raisins
drop on greased pan. bake at 190 deg. C for 10-12 mins
For crispy cookies:

2 g baking soda (1/3 tsp)
2 g cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
