Mu-shu Pork

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Soak wood ear, then dice it coarsely
  2. Slice cucumber
  3. Scramble eggs separately
  4. Brown garlic and ginger in sesame oil
  5. Add pork
  6. Add a bit of water and simmer covered for 8 minutes, tossing halfway
  7. Add wood ear
  8. Stir-fry cucumber briefly
  9. Add pre-scrambled eggs
  10. Add sauce
