Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients
- 1/2 med onion, fine dice
- butter 62 g
- flour 62 g
- milk 1 L
- nutmeg
- 2 bay leaves
- mozzarella 100 g
- gouda 150 g
- cooked pasta
Procedure
- saute the onion in the butter for 2 minutes
- add flour and make a roux
- cook for 1 minute
- slowly add milk and keep stirring
- when all milk has been poured, add bay leaves and nutmeg
- stir occasionally
- after about 8 minutes, add the cheese, chopped in 2-cm cubes
- do not overcook
- mix with pasta
