Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. saute the onion in the butter for 2 minutes
  2. add flour and make a roux
  3. cook for 1 minute
  4. slowly add milk and keep stirring
  5. when all milk has been poured, add bay leaves and nutmeg
  6. stir occasionally
  7. after about 8 minutes, add the cheese, chopped in 2-cm cubes
  8. do not overcook
  9. mix with pasta
