Ingredients
- 550 g flour
- 340 mL room temp. water
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp yeast
Procedure
- Place the flour in a dry bowl / Tupperware container.
- Add the water, olive oil, salt, and white sugar in the baking pan. There's no need to mix them.
- Pour all of the flour on top of the flour.
- Make a small hole in the middle of the flour.
- Pour the yeast in this hole.
- Fit the baking pan into the machine.
- Set the crust color to "Dark". The size (I/II) should already be at II.
- Turn on the machine.
