Biscotti

Ingredients
- 270 g flour
- 7 g baking powder
- 2 g salt
- 150 g sugar
- 115 g butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- filling (sliced almonds, chocolate chips, etc.)
Procedure
- Toast almonds on a frying pan, then chop them roughly
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt
- Cream the sugar and butter
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time
- Add the flour and mix until just blended
- Stir in filling
- Form two 40 cm x 6 cm logs and bake at 180 deg. C for 23 mins
- Cool for 30 mins
- Cut logs into 1-1/2 cm slices
- Place slices face down, bake for 6 mins, flip them, and bake for another 6 mins
