Banana Bread
Source: Professional Baking, 7th ed.
Ingredients
Dry: mix with a fork
- flour 250 g
- sugar 100 g
- bkg. powder 12 g
- bkg. soda 2 g
- salt 4 g
Liquid: in a separate bowl, mix
- mash bananas first: 250 g
- egg 100 g (2 eggs)
- oil 90 g (or butter 82 g)
Chop
- walnuts 60 g
Procedure
- Sift dry ingr. into liq. and add walnuts. Do not overmix.
- Bake at 200℃ for 25-30 mins.
